GRADUATING SERVANT LEADERS

We believe that if students leave our ministry with a mindset to lead by serving - then their faith will stick well beyond their high school years. We believe that graduating servant leaders will best reflect the life that Jesus lived.

Our vision to accomplish this mission is to understand that this life is Not About Me. We get this from Jesus' words in Luke 9:23 that states, “If anyone would come after me, they must take up their cross daily and follow me.”

If we truly want to follow Jesus and become servant leaders then we must understand that following Him is all about Jesus and not about us. We believe that if we live a life that reflects this teaching then we can, as a group, truly become a community that; encourages each other, is there for each other and truly feels like the family we have been accepted into, the family of Christ.

We build this community through Youth Group for both MIDDLE & HIGH School students on Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 8pm. We also have events, service opportunities and trips throughout the year.

Where can students plug in?

Sunday Mornings - 8:30 to 10am & 10 to 11:30am

We hang out in the Student Room with breakfasty drinks and foods, catching up, playing games.  We then move into Communion and prayer before diving into reading and discussing God's word in a large setting, then in small groups.  In the middle and high school groups, we have lively discussions, memorable lesson recaps and other fun activities.

Wednesday Evening Youth Group - 6:30 to 8pm

All students in grades 6th-12th are invited to join us for a crazy fun time! We are loud and energetic as we connect through games, snacks, worship, study, discussion, and prayer. Our weekly lessons connect students to the scripture while using examples from their daily lives to encourage them to grow in faith, love, and service. This is a place where students can be themselves without fear of reproach or judgment.

Our leaders guide students in a study that helps them grow deeper in their spiritual journey using relevant examples, events, and scripture.

Special Events

Throughout the year, we participate in special events to strengthen our connections with each other. We serve in our community, play, eat, and grow together. This is an excellent avenue for students to have fun connecting and learn great values. These events include concerts, game nights, mobile lock-outs, summer camps, and more! This is also a wonderful time for students to invite their friends to join them.
