We exist so that students can thrive!

Our mission is to develop and graduate student leaders. We believe that if students leave our ministry with a mindset to lead by serving, then their faith will last well beyond their high school years. To accomplish this mission, we rally around the belief that this life is Not About Me.

“If anyone would come after me, they must take up their cross daily and follow me” Luke 9:23

Our hope is that with this mindset our students can move on from our ministry and into various areas to influence the world around them. To lead their families, friends, and others to Christ through servant leadership.

Ultimately we want our students to find who they are and then rock that out in life.

Who are we at tc students?

See what we are about

Our culture is simple

You can be you

There are many places today where students can go to hang out. Not many of them provide a place where they can be themselves. We are constantly surrounded by a culture that demands we act, talk, and live a certain way. Part of being a student is figuring out your identity and purpose. Here at TC Students, we are authentically ourselves and constantly seeking a savior who can take us all to the next level.

The Truth Will Set You Free

Knowledge is power, and knowing the truth is the ultimate form of knowledge. Here at TC Students, we seek to help your students learn the truth and a way of thinking where they can decipher it independently. We are not here to force-feed students what to think but teach them how to decide for themselves using sound logic, research, and not caving to peer pressure.

Truth Sets You Free, Grace Saves You

Grace is the most life-changing force in the universe. Truth without grace lacks saving power, and here at TC Students, we seek to be graceful with ourselves and each other, all while focusing on God's grace for us.

Turn That Frown Upside Down

We serve a God who made us joyful and has given us immeasurable gifts. Why shouldn't we be happy? Here at TC Students, we love having fun. We are a bit silly and off the hook. We laugh a lot! We serve God knowing he is the original and ultimate source of Joy.

Where can students plug in?

Sunday Morning Small Groups

Before service we hang out in the Student Room – drinking coffee, catching up, playing games. During service, we start out worshiping in the Main Worship Center together in a designated student session. After worship, we move to smaller rooms for small groups while the adults enjoy the Pastor’s message. in The middle and high school groups Our volunteers lead lively discussions, memorable lesson recaps and other fun activities.

**Once a month we have “serve day” instead of small groups and our students volunteer in other ministry areas.

Sunday Evening gatherings

All students in grades 6th-12th are invited to join us from 5:00-6:30 pm on Sunday evenings for a crazy fun time! We are loud and energetic as we connect through games, snacks, worship, study, discussion, and prayer. Our weekly lessons connect students to the scripture while using examples from their daily lives to encourage them to grow in faith, love, and service. This is a place where students can be themselves without fear of reproach or judgment.

Our leaders guide students in a study that helps them grow deeper in their spiritual journey using relevant examples, events, and scripture.

Special Events

Throughout the year, we participate in special events to strengthen our connections with each other. We serve in our community, play, eat, and grow together. This is an excellent avenue for students to have fun connecting and learn great values. These events include concerts, game nights, mobile lock-ins, summer camps, and more! This is also a wonderful time for students to invite their friends to join them.
