The Family Life Fitness Center is a full service fitness center located onsite within The Crossing Church - North Main.
Burn calories on any of our cardio equipment; ellipticals, treadmills and bikes are all available. Perhaps you will walk or jog laps on our indoor track. Build muscle or tone up in the weight room; equipped with free weights, machines, cables & more.
Our friendly staff will greet you when you come in for a visit and will help keep you accountable to your fitness goals.
Join our Family!
Membership fees start at $15/month for students!
$18/month for those 55+ years old!
(We accept several insurance benefit programs, as well)
Only $25/month for a general membership(ages 18-54).
Add $10 if you want to take classes, as well!
Family Plans ranging from $40 - $60/month

POOL & SWIM
We provide open swim and water aerobics to our Family Life Fitness Center members. By reservation and fee, we provide private swim lessons & access to the Enfinity Aquatic Club.

SilverSneakers is a fitness program for seniors that is helping millions of people on Medicare defy the odds, shatter stereotypes and answer every challenge with, “I can do this!” We offer fitness classes for all abilities led by our certified instructors. Now go get ’em!
